- Our 2024 annual meeting, required for all partner agencies, will be held via Zoom on Wednesday January 10th. There are 2 time options: 10:30am and 1pm
- Please use this form to RSVP and let us know who will attend, and which meeting time you will be attending:
- Your 2023 annual report is due February 15, 2024, using a Google Form. Look for the link to the form in the buttons at the top of the Partner Updates page.
- All of the questions to expect on the report are listed in the “2023 Report & 2024 Agreement Preview & Tracking Tool” spreadsheet, found on the Partner Updates page.
- Your 2024 Collaborative Partnership Agreement is due January 31, 2024, using a Google Form. Look for the link to the form in the buttons at the top of the Partner Updates page.
