Sue Casey-Leininger is the Executive Director of the Village Life Outreach Project, a non-profit organization in Cincinnati that works in partnership to create poverty alleviation solutions with three rural communities in Northern Tanzania. Previously, she worked in development at Amnesty International USA, public health with the United Nations, and on service learning projects in Haiti. She has a M.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University. She and her husband, Derek Jones, met in graduate school and bonded over their shared love of traveling in East Africa. They live in Walnut Hills and are currently working on visiting all of the US National Parks.
After years of service to the international community, Sue is excited to be a member of Sweet Cheeks Board of Directors and give back in her hometown.
