Nick Reynolds
Director of Program and Operations

Nick is excited to join the Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank team! A Cincinnati native, he completed his BA at Loyola University Chicago, and served in Seattle with Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest, where he met his talented wife Sarah. Since then, he has gained experience managing nonprofit programs serving folks on the margins in the fields of mental health, developmental disabilities, and food access. He is ecstatic to be the dad of baby Emmett, which has made the need for diapers and other supplies in our community feel all the more urgent and personal. Nick enjoys spending time woodworking, gardening, brewing, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time at home with family and friends.

Anne Luecke

Anne Luecke
Development Manager

A native Cincinnatian, Ann brings a unique and varied history of creative proposal development, grant writing, and donor relations experience to the Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank team. Ann first learned of diaper need through her then co-worker, Megan Fischer, and was interested in helping any way possible. Ann began volunteering as a grant writer for Sweet Cheeks in November 2016 and is excited to join the team as a permanent staff-member to help Cincinnati’s smallest residents stay clean and healthy. Outside of her development efforts, Ann focuses on raising her children and spending time with her husband, Mike. Ann enjoys reading, writing, PBS, manatees, and a good letter opener.

Rachel Moon is the Director of Community Engagement for Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank.

Rachel Moon
Director of COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

A museum nerd and NKY native, Rachel comes to Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank after working almost 10 years at the Cincinnati Art Museum, where she managed tours and wellness programming, led yoga in the galleries and taught workshops on art and meditation. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Master’s in Public History and went on to teach museum studies courses at Wilmington College, focusing her classes on museums as agents of social change. Recently, she curated an exhibit about food & economic injustice at the Dayton International Peace Museum in Dayton, OH and is passionate about making a difference in communities through social justice and non-profit work. In 2018, she was awarded the “Conflict Resolution Educator of the Year” by the Ohio State University for her work promoting peace initiatives as an educator. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys going to the movies, practicing yoga, and traveling the globe – she has been to over 15 countries on 6 continents. She is so excited to join the Sweet Cheeks team!

SUPPORT COORDINATOR TYNÀ DRISCOLL

TYNÀ DRISCOLL
SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Tyná joins the team as former retail warrior from Dayton, OH. She leveraged her Apparel Merchandising and Product Development degree from Bowling Green State University to secure jobs in design, public relations, and showroom sales in Los Angeles, CA.  After a crazy New York Fashion Week, she became disenchanted with the fashion industry and moved back to Ohio. Once settled in Cincinnati, she went full force into management across the retail and automotive industries. She also volunteered at the Virginia Avenue Project in Los Angeles, a program that helps foster creativity and increase academic performance for school-aged students through performing arts. Personal passions in bridging gaps between resources and communities in need are what led Tyná to Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank! When she isn’t in the office, Tyná is a multi-hyphenate creative, an adventurous outdoors enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed book nerd!
