REVISED- Distribution Paused During Move It’s Official: We’re Moving! Please Read (Again):

(This message has been revised to reflect our decision to pause all Distributions for the month of September. We plan to resume your regular distributions in October.)

Hello Partners! We are very excited to announce that we are leaving our State Ave. location and moving to a new space in Walnut Hills. This is a larger, cleaner, more secure building, and we are hopeful it will allow us to serve you and your clients better!

We have decided to cancel/ pause all September distributions. We truly regret the impact this has on our partner agencies and your clients. I thought we could pull it off, but we just aren’t going to be able to make it happen during the move. Any requests placed already for September will be canceled, and you will need to order again during September for October pickup. Any remaining August orders are unchanged.

Distributions will resume in October, which will be your first month picking up at our new address:

2331 Terhune Alley

Cincinnati, OH 45206

Our new building is behind the GoStoreIt facility, and there is a gate at the top of the driveway. Please stay tuned for details about getting through the gate during pickup times! We are hoping we will be able to leave it open, but we may share an access code. Thank you for your patience as we figure everything out.

We are already making moves- we would love your help!

Some of our partners have asked how they can help. Thank you! Here are a few requests to consider:

  1. When you order for October, please try not to go overboard catching up after the missed month, and stay within your tier level. We will still be ramping things back up. (Note: we will have limited Potty Training Toolkits in October. Once our current stock runs out, we will not be able to provide them until November.)
  2. If you have volunteer hours to complete with us (or just want to pitch in!), please reach out to me (nick@sweetcheeksdiaperbank.org) and we can make a special arrangement to either process product or physically help us with the move. We have our regular groups on hold during the transition.
  3. Transportation: if your organization has a van or truck and you would be willing to haul a few loads of stuff for us, please let me know!
  4. Please share any of our public social media posts or emails about the move (not these partner update posts), and help us fundraise if you can! There are a lot of expenses during a move, and we are so grateful for all the support!

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we figure things out, and can’t wait to get things started in our new space. Thank you!
