Survey Month!
Don’t forget to complete outcome surveys with anyone receiving diapers or period supplies during the month of May. Don’t forget, the Tidal Babe Period Bank survey is different from the Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank one. Please reach out if you need any assistance with this process, whether you are using the paper version or the Google Forms.
Free Area!
The free area is back, and better than ever, thanks to our awesome volunteer Miranda. It is now a full “shopping” area. This is where our partners can grab items that were donated to us that we don’t include in our regular distribution options. Please get them to folks who can use them! Here’s the process:
- Do your pickup as usual, then move your vehicle away from the door.
- Head back inside, and let us know you would like to go to the free area.
- Grab a shopping cart and a clipboard with a “Free Area Receipt” sheet, and head back to the blue doors. We’ll show you the way the first time. The free area is the aisle directly behind the blue doors. Please don’t turn left or right.
- Grab what you need for your clients, and be sure to mark on your sheet the exact quantities of diapers, period supplies, adult supplies, and wipes.
- Take your stuff back out to your vehicle, and hand us your sheet on the way. Please bring the cart back inside when you’re done.
